We hired Sam Brox, and The Big Step construction team to help us update our home with closet doors, new trim and paint, build a coffee bar and update an office By putting in French doors. The entire process starting with the estimate, as it was done with quality and professionalism. Sam took his time and measured everything to ensure he was accurate in the bidding process. He sought to understand what we were looking for, and then his team went to work. From the initial wood floor work to the painters, the electricians and the carpentry, all processes were top-notch. The quality of work was matched by the quality of the Big Step Team Members we came in contact with! Sam communicated to all with a project timeline, yet remained flexible for any adjustments we added during the project. Good people and great turnaround on the project.
